Lonavla: Maharashtra's popular hill station

Perched on the western slopes of Sahyadri ranges, the enthralling ambiance of Lonavla is  definitely a sought after destination for hill station lovers in Maharashtra. There are several tourist destinations in Lonavla. For example, the Rajmachi point is famous for the commanding view of the famous Rajmachi fort and its surrounding valley. The cliff top of the Tiger's Leap is also embroidered with a waterfall, which is active only during the time of monsoon. One can also explore near-by areas like the Shooting Point, the Tungarli Dam, Bhushi Dam and the Lion Point.
